The fun begins with Sylvan’s Engineering programs in the Richmond and Petersburg region. Your child will have an amazing time working on a different hands-on project every week, such as constructing cool machines or bridges using LEGO® bricks or K’NEX® pieces. Watch your child’s creativity take flight as he or she builds these complex structures with a partner and participates in fun games and friendly challenges against other teams. It’s a fantastic way for your child to learn how to problem-solve just like an engineer and get equipped with 21st century skills in the process!
21st Century Programs
It’s no secret that Sylvan’s Engineering courses in the Richmond and Petersburg region are fun, but did you know that they also help equip your child with valuable STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) skills? Via hands-on projects and collaborative group work, your son or daughter will acquire important critical thinking and problem solving abilities that can make a positive impact both inside and outside of the classroom.▼
