Equip Your Child with Vital STEM Skills!
STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) careers are on the rise, which means now is a great time to equip your son or daughter with important 21st century competencies. And that’s exactly what our Robotics for Kids courses in Pennsylvania provide: your child will develop skills in key areas including computer programming and problem solving as he or she learns how to construct and animate a number of LEGO® robots with a partner. It’s a fun way to get an educational boost!▼
Collaboration, Innovation and Fun Unite
With no more than 12 students per class, our Robotics for Kids courses in Pennsylvania offer a unique combination of collaborative activities and self-guided instruction in a small group setting. This means your child will enjoy both personal attention and the camaraderie of working with like-minded students. Using cool LEGO® bricks and fun software, your child will team up with a partner to construct and animate a different robot every week. At the end of each session, your child will complete a project summary worksheet in order to strengthen the STEM concepts learned in class — and to show you all the amazing things he or she accomplished!
Boost imagination! Our programs include:
- Kid-friendly programming software that helps students build practical skills — and that makes their bots come alive!
- Fun STEM-focused projects that excite, engage and equip students with key 21st century skills
- Weekly communication with parents, which includes a session summary, pictures and a preview of next week’s project
- A personal, supportive educational environment where imagination, creativity and new friendships blossom!
