The fun begins with Sylvan’s Engineering programs in the Alexandria Region. Your son or daughter will have a great time tackling a new interactive project each week, including building, testing and rebuilding bridges and machines using K’NEX® pieces or LEGO® bricks. Watch your child’s creativity take flight as he or she builds these complex structures with a partner and participates in fun games and friendly challenges against other teams. It’s an exciting way for your child to solve problems just like an engineer and develop valuable 21st century skills in the process!
Attention all Aspiring Engineers
From figuring out how to design complex structures to testing and tweaking them in order to come up with an improved solution, your child will be tackling problems just like a real engineer! Through our interactive programs, your aspiring engineer will learn important science, architectural and engineering concepts while powering up his or her imagination and creativity each and every week. Parents won’t be missing out on the fun either: we send regular email communication so you can stay informed of your child’s progress. We also send a preview of the upcoming week’s project so you and your son or daughter can gear up for what’s next!
