Our Robotics & Science programs in Idaho are all about keeping elementary and middle school-aged children feeling inspired, motivated and engaged after school and beyond. If you have a budding engineer who loves to tinker with technology, he or she will have a blast using interactive, kid-friendly software to build cool LEGO® robots. New to this type of thing? No worries! No past experience is required, and our instructors will gladly tweak teachings to meet your child’s needs. All your child has to bring is his or her creativity and imagination!
Build In-Demand STEM Skills!
With STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) careers continuing to grow, there’s no time like the present to help your child develop vital 21st century skills. And that’s precisely what our Robotics & Science programs are designed to do: your son or daughter will build important competencies in areas like computer programming and problem solving while learning how to build and tinker with a variety of LEGO® robots. It’s a super cool way to gain an educational edge!
Collaboration, Innovation and Fun Unite
With only up to 12 students per class, our Robotics & Science courses in Idaho deliver a successful combination of collaborative and self-guided learning in an intimate, personal setting. This means your son or daughter will benefit from personal attention while at the same time fostering new friendships with like-minded peers. Your child will work with a partner to build a new robot each week, using LEGO® bricks to construct their creations and computer programming software to bring the bots to life. After each class comes to a close, your child will complete an activity summary worksheet to help reinforce the STEM competencies learned in class — and to show you all the cool new things he or she learned in class!
Our innovative courses feature:
- Kid-friendly programming software that helps students build practical skills — and that makes their bots come alive!
- Fun STEM-focused projects that excite, engage and equip students with key 21st century skills
- Weekly communication with parents, which includes a session summary, pictures and a preview of next week’s project
- A personal, supportive educational environment where imagination, creativity and new friendships blossom!
