Our Robotics & Science programs in Arkansas are all about keeping elementary and middle school-aged children feeling inspired, motivated and engaged after school and beyond. If you have a budding engineer who loves to tinker with technology, he or she will have a blast using interactive, kid-friendly software to build cool LEGO® robots. New to robotics? That’s ok! No prior knowledge is needed, and our teachers can modify lessons to suit your child’s ability. All your child has to bring is his or her creativity and imagination!
There's No Better Time to Learn STEM Skills!
With STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) careers growing so quickly, there’s no better time to equip your child with crucial 21st century skills. And our Robotics & Science programs in Arkansas deliver just that: your child will master vital competencies like computer programming and problem solving as he or she learns how to build, analyze and troubleshoot LEGO® robots with friends. There’s no cooler way to get an educational edge!
Our Integrated Approach
With only up to 12 students per class, our Robotics & Science courses in Arkansas deliver a successful combination of collaborative and self-guided learning in an intimate, personal setting. This means your child will enjoy both personal attention and the camaraderie of working with like-minded students. Your child will work with a partner to build a new robot each week, using LEGO® bricks to construct their creations and computer programming software to bring the bots to life. After each class comes to a close, your child will complete an activity summary worksheet to help reinforce the STEM competencies learned in class — and to show you all the cool new things he or she learned in class!
Our hands-on courses include:
- Fun, interactive software that helps kids develop important programming skills — and that brings their robots to life!
- STEM-focused projects that are exciting, engaging and help your child develop 21st century skills
- Regular communication with parents, including weekly recaps, photos and a sneak peek of upcoming projects
- A supportive, small-group setting where imagination, creativity and confidence soar to new heights!
