If tinkering with machines and making structures is your child's idea of a good time, our Engineering programs in Rogers could be just what you need to help your son or daughter's imagination soar. Kids in our interactive courses have fun, make new friends and demonstrate their creativity while mastering a variety of important engineering concepts. Together, your child and a partner will complete various projects that will have them using LEGO® bricks and K’NEX® pieces to build models of complex bridges and machinery. It’s a great way to establish a foundation of strong skills your child will need for success in the 21st century classroom and beyond!
Focus on Important STEM Skills
Your child will not only have fun building and experimenting with cool creations: he or she will also have the opportunity to master a range of important STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) concepts along the way! Through hands-on sessions, collaborative challenges and wrap-up activities that reinforce learning, your child will also be able to work on those all-important critical thinking and problem solving skills. Help your child take a big step towards greater success: register today!▼
Personal Learning and Small Classes
With no more than 12 students in each class — and a maximum 6:1 student-to-teacher ratio — registering your child with Sylvan means he or she will always receive personal attention. We’ll also keep you up to date with your child’s progress with regular emails about projects and activities. You’ll be able to stay informed on your child’s progress, the STEM concepts he or she is learning and upcoming projects. It’s a great way to celebrate your child’s success and share it with others!
